Shishir is a seasoned technology leader driving engineering excellence at BalanceGuru. With a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and an MBA, he has held leadership roles at Oracle, VeriSign, Core Security, and Selectica—where he helped scale the company from a four-person startup to an IPO valued at over $1 billion IPO.

A builder of high-performing global teams, Shishir has led multiple high-impact initiatives, including establishing offshore development centers and contributing to successful acquisitions such as Unimobile (acquired by EFI, later VeriSign) and Courion (acquired by Core Security). As a self-described Chief Tinkering Officer, he has deep expertise in AI, Python, and cloud technologies, leading the development of AI-driven products, automation, and data-driven decision-making. He also has several publications on AI, security, leadership, and teamwork. 

At BalanceGuru, he combines strategic vision and technical innovation to push the boundaries of AI-powered wellness solutions, including cutting-edge AI Agents that enhance user experience and engagement.

Outside of work, Shishir loves the outdoors and regularly explores new hikes with his wife and their fur baby.
